2x6 exterior walls. Nice. That will make a difference for sound levels as well as insulation against the heat of Florida.

Like the screw pattern on the drywall I noticed in your photos. Most people don't know that even the drywall is a structural component. Ties it all together.

Tyvek is good stuff also. Frankly, looking at the photos, your new home looks to include a lot of residential construction methods, right down to cased openings for the windows being built with wood.

I've really enjoyed reading about your journey while in the motorhome, then to the fifth wheel and now this next part of it all.
