Our four-year "in the planning stages" dream of retiring early to go "on the road" full-time moved into high gear when God provided early retirement for Paul. In less than five months Paul retired as a manufacturing engineer for Mine Safety Appliances, and I retired as a church ministry administrator. Paul prepared not only our home but his 91 year-old father-in-law's house for market. The houses sold within two weeks of each other and closed within 10 days. By the end of five months, we had given away or sold everything we owned except for some memorabilia we left with our daughter.

We are in our ninth year of being on the road and recently traded our 2005 37' Allegro Bay for a 2015 DRV Tradition fifth wheel being towed by a 2015 Silverado 3500HD Duramax dually.
