Love, love, love the garden district! I think the Colonel's house was my favorite.

I picked up a walking tour at the visitor's center. I have never heard of bigboytravel.com. Thanks for a new source!

Hope you two had a safe travel day.

We're really enjoying your blogs knowing what kind of planning, energy, reporting and spirt goes into them. Each one is a great history/geography lesson. It would be fun to just follow you around sometime. Looks like your're doing it right! Right now N.O has more corn in that fence than Iowa has in the fields. Been so cold and wet here that no corn has been planted yet. About a month behind already.

Great walking tour, will come in handy whenever we visit.
