We have never parked at the dock.

I love that Cathedral. Besides being so lovely, it is so peaceful.

First time I have ever read the trinity being used in cooking terms. Glad you had a good time and everything was so yummy. We love New Orleans-style cooking.

I've been waiting for this post. . .I knew it would be great and it was. . .just love it. . .now I want to go to a cooking school demonstration. Fun. . .

Hmmm...parking was still $5 when we were there in March, except for holidays and weekends. They must have figured they could get away with $10 all the time. We did end up driving into the city a few days ... found an all-day $2/$5 overnite parking lot on Canal Street that worked for us.
