Good info on the shipbuilding attractions in the Bath area - we'll have to do that next year!

FYI, although much more hi-tech in how it is applied (paint) and its attributes, copper is still used today as the primary anti-fouling material for modern boats. At least for now until it gets banned. The anti-fouling paint we use on our boat currently costs about $230/gallon.
