Wonder how your award-winning clam chowder compares to the award-winning clam chowder we had in Oregon.

Interesting about the pencils. Haven't seen that on "How It Is Made." Love that show.

Boy did you have an educational day...pencils, brooms, chowder, etc.

We too loved the clam chowder at Tony's. We had to search for a while in several Publix, but finally found one with cans of Tony's chowder in stock. The canned version is equally good as the restaurant version. Our visit to Cedar Key was in January. http://www.ronswanderlust.blogspot.com/2014/01/cedar-key-to-wildwood.html
